We service and repair Sunx DPS20 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sunx DPS20 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DPS20 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DPS20 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Suruga-Seki such as the K50140LR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSP500 manufactured by Superior and we are pleased to be able to service most Superior systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SF4BH3601 by Manufacturer Pansonic as well.

Spare units by Inova-Suzhou such as ISMH175B30CB equipment made by Inova-Suzhou have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SUS02D by Agie and ISMH175B30CB spares by Inova-Suzhou are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
