Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taidacent products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taktomat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Takamura product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taidacent such as the KS136 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XP6532100377 manufactured by Taktomat and we are pleased to be able to service most Taktomat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K10005 by Manufacturer Takamura as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Taiyo Brand PQCCU02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Takamaz such as TACS105A18T equipment made by Takamaz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Takamaz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Takamaz" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WFC40075CHY by Tb-Woods and TACS105A18T spares by Takamaz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6231BP10920CE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
