We service and repair Syron DBA100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Syron DBA100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DBA100 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the TS5013N65 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XMLA300D2S11 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WFC4030 by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tamagawa Brand TA8043 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Termotek such as P3721071 equipment made by Termotek have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM956A431000 by Telemecanique and P3721071 spares by Termotek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
