Our services for the Taiyo TAM4 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TAM4 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Takenaka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tbk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the TS2641N11E64 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6510DFM manufactured by Takenaka and we are pleased to be able to service most Takenaka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R700C by Manufacturer Tbk as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Thayer Brand D22591E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tasc such as 1520USR equipment made by Tasc have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
