Our services for the Tapeswitch B-Series include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the B-Series if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our B-Series repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Temposonics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Placid parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew-eurodrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Temposonics such as the GHS60080URB12R01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15971 manufactured by Placid and we are pleased to be able to service most Placid systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 99834 by Manufacturer Sew-eurodrive as well.

Spare units by Sew-eurodrive such as 100385 equipment made by Sew-eurodrive have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 101881 by Falk and 100385 spares by Sew-eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gmw.
