Tcs Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Tcs SD1000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Tcs SD1000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SD1000 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Transducer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the 100185 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 110047 manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDB5 by Manufacturer Transducer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nexen Brand 10761 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sullair such as 18036 equipment made by Sullair have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sullair products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sullair" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 20R32SRUN6X made by Turck as well as the popular FLS625 original spares produced by Weigh-tronix
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30963 by Von-Ruden and 18036 spares by Sullair are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XS20202AFA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ushio.
