Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thayer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Termo-Tek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Texas-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thayer such as the D50102A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P3081391010 manufactured by Termo-Tek and we are pleased to be able to service most Termo-Tek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature InstaMachine by Manufacturer Texas-Instruments as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Texas-Instruments Brand 5005049 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Teradyne such as RV1109739 equipment made by Teradyne have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM550100 by Texas-Instruments and RV1109739 spares by Teradyne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
