Termiflex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Termiflex WPI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Termiflex WPI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the WPI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our WPI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Banner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the 519B03D084611 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 842A31NB manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLSE14450Q8 by Manufacturer Banner as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Avtron Brand M628A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Agilent such as N1924A equipment made by Agilent have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Agilent products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Agilent" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XGFPO3A made by Ls as well as the popular YS110001 original spares produced by Yokogawa
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 837A5X906 by Allen-bradley and N1924A spares by Agilent are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IKU03123 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff.
