Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Timken product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thompson such as the X32113344 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS801CPU manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JHM534149 by Manufacturer Timken as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Torque-hub Brand 114990N1150040616A04010716 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsubaki such as RS801RPU equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HM911245 by Timken and RS801RPU spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
