Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tirak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Topline product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the QPI31200C2PB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21129 manufactured by Tirak and we are pleased to be able to service most Tirak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS083 by Manufacturer Topline as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tokyo-Electron Brand CP8350C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyopuc such as PC2FS equipment made by Toyopuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyopuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyopuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RMWG3C0A1C000 made by Trane as well as the popular SS1242 original spares produced by Toledo-Transducers
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TA5P by Timotion and PC2FS spares by Toyopuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE100S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tr-Electronic.
