Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 5300541001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1703321 manufactured by Valley and we are pleased to be able to service most Valley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Frame1100 by Manufacturer Western as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has U.-S.-Motors Brand DK0144 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as SU103X5 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MRA7170 made by Varvel as well as the popular 40510005 original spares produced by Warner
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A140006 by Tsubaki and SU103X5 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
