Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the 42752A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45731A manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACU301500 by Manufacturer Torque as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Toshiba Brand EX404MCRD5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as 2Z2K00701 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACTS80 by Toshiba and 2Z2K00701 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
