Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nakanishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out National-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tolomatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nakanishi such as the NR505150ATC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NI9232 manufactured by National-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most National-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MXB by Manufacturer Tolomatic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has National-Instruments Brand SCXI1001SCXI1326SCXI1324SCXI1325SCXI1327 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nachi such as TWF4715AF equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RFX1444P by Nachi and TWF4715AF spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
