Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Triple-5-Industries such as the B2158A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TR893 manufactured by Trerice and we are pleased to be able to service most Trerice systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3000107350 by Manufacturer Triconex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Triconex Brand TRIC3700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by White such as MEWLC19628 equipment made by White have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire White products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "White" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SDRIFU1 made by Tri-tronics as well as the popular TR362F2024VDC original spares produced by Triad
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EFK3240018841000 by Trutzschler and MEWLC19628 spares by White are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JACE403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tridium-Inc.
