Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Truetime 560-5608 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued U.s.-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 U.s.-Motors product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader U.s.-Motors such as the EZ50S1HZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D25V1B manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DJ10P1DU by Manufacturer U.s.-Motors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Trumpf Brand 1314240 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trutorq such as T055C5XU equipment made by Trutorq have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A02H1024BCLED by Turck and T055C5XU spares by Trutorq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
