Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turk FCI-D03A4-NA-H1141/M16 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Monitor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vegason product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Monitor such as the px5gpm6ffis1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2770000 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XUNBVTNR by Manufacturer Vegason as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Yokogawa Brand SC42EP04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wagezelle such as Z6H3 equipment made by Wagezelle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wagezelle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wagezelle" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2240 made by Martin as well as the popular 616085 original spares produced by Falk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 47726 by Chesterton and Z6H3 spares by Wagezelle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 24420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lovejoy.
