Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Valco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ussi-Ansaldo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Valco such as the V100BREVA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USSSW04854605751E manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N4519100215 by Manufacturer Ussi-Ansaldo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Vacon Brand 30CX6G2N1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vanzetti such as 15151 equipment made by Vanzetti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vanzetti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vanzetti" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M2201 made by Varihertz as well as the popular VC5402101 original spares produced by Vacon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 250008615 by Veeco and 15151 spares by Vanzetti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
