Vectran Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Vectran DSR100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Vectran DSR100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DSR100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DSR100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Veeder-Root parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vexta product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the EEAPAM513A12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 120506006 manufactured by Veeder-Root and we are pleased to be able to service most Veeder-Root systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FBLD75A by Manufacturer Vexta as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Vickers Brand 400823 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vickers such as d43409401 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 931891 made by Vee-Arc as well as the popular 11618845F original spares produced by Vero
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VLAIN1B by Versa-Logic and d43409401 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
