Viking Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Viking EHCC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Viking EHCC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EHCC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our EHCC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weschler-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vogel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Weinview product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weschler-Instruments such as the BG241 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MH1 manufactured by Vogel and we are pleased to be able to service most Vogel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT6056T by Manufacturer Weinview as well.

Spare units by Ward-Industries such as F364AD equipment made by Ward-Industries have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT506SV45EV by Weinview and F364AD spares by Ward-Industries are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
