Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Walter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Electric such as the BP91027512FIM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B3213DF14 manufactured by Walter and we are pleased to be able to service most Walter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMCP400L5S by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Watlow Brand DC9024C0000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Walter-Titex such as E311139 equipment made by Walter-Titex have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT506SV45EV by Weinview and E311139 spares by Walter-Titex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
