Welker Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Welker TPL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Welker TPL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TPL if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TPL repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wittmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wtc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wittmann such as the EU186 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9021104 manufactured by Wtc and we are pleased to be able to service most Wtc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2D81400G10 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Worldwide Brand PEWWE401275364T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Worcester such as A34SR equipment made by Worcester have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EGS2 by Wti-Inc and A34SR spares by Worcester are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
