Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-SK16AAC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the CVUSWD3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP9200SHCPU manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS200DMCBG1ABB by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Micromotion Brand F025S319SIAUEZZZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yokogawa such as DX23022A5 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FFLS64147442 by Microswitch and DX23022A5 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EPC5A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Radisys.
