Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa HC-16E5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Merlin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the LC1D150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K264 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NS100160250 by Manufacturer Merlin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Siemens Brand LEN00G003A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as IC28001621CN3 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available LC1D32 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular TLICE1TD original spares produced by Ge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPO11 by Square-D and IC28001621CN3 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XTCE018C10A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
