Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMAS-D2AXA-DH13 / 410627-0030-7G12 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mj-Tooling parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGM02L3B4CL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD6429 manufactured by Mj-Tooling and we are pleased to be able to service most Mj-Tooling systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R40DT71C4 by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Indramat Brand RAC35150460A0IW1220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as S47DT71C2BMGHFZ equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R911249146 by Bosch and S47DT71C2BMGHFZ spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMA5L3B2L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
