Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yokogawa AXF080C-NNAL1L-BA11-2NB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out York parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 1336B005E0DL3S1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 03100804000 manufactured by York and we are pleased to be able to service most York systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FPC1011 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Modicon Brand 140CRA21210 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atm such as 14HP1800RPM56FR equipment made by Atm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RSA5800 made by Zs-Instruments as well as the popular 161104 original spares produced by Delco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KQXL18U6 by Omega and 14HP1800RPM56FR spares by Atm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZAC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Zycron.
